What will you be doing?
As field service engineer you are responsible for the safe, successful startup and commissioning of large and complex mechanical and/or organic waste treatment facilities. You are driven to successfully handover the project to the client. On site, you are the first point of contact for suppliers and our client. You have a sense of ownership, and you understand what the client needs. Optimism is part of your nature, and it is pleasant to communicate with you. You are a problems solver, hands-on and can work in a structured way. Health and safety are your responsibility, and you are committed to make sure everyone works according to standard. In this role you are expected to travel to (overseas) projects, this includes weekends.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor’s degree or MBO level 4
- 2+ years of experience as field service engineer or similar
- Experience with SIEMENS PLC and electrical components
- Experience with SCADA
- Experience with understanding technical drawings and PID
- Experience with WINCC/TIA Portal is a pre
- Excellent command of English, Dutch and preferably German language
- Driver’s license (BE license is a pre)
