WTT’s mission is to give new life to resources around the world. We do this by designing, building, and supporting organic waste treatment facilities with smart technology and a motivated and enthusiastic team. If you are passionate about working on projects that matter and having fun along the way, we would love to meet you.

What will you be doing?

You are responsible for managing international projects, whilst keeping quality, risk, opportunities, timing, budget, and costs under control. As Project Manager you inspire and lead our project teams to create value for our clients. In addition, you are the first point of contact for our clients, and they can count on your commitment and communication about progress. You make it a habit to understand first before you seek to be understood. You are responsible for the project plan, and you report on project status and results. You work closely with your team, but also with colleagues from other teams and in other countries.

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience as planner, project coordinator or project manager within an international and technical work environment
  • Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
  • Driven and hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in English, Dutch and preferably German language
  • Willingness to travel

What do we offer?

We offer a fun and challenging position in which you will have plenty of room for your own ideas. Our office is a collegial, and pleasant place to work. We have lots of fun together on our company outings. Furthermore, we offer you excellent working conditions such as a profit share program and flexibility regarding your work location. You will be part of an energetic team that is dedicated to contributing to a better world!
