Dutch Embassy network Australia

Circular Economy, and Waste Management in particular, is a focus area for the Dutch embassy network in Australia. Recently Australia launched its new federal waste policy which aligns with the ambitions the Netherlands has when it comes to Circular Economy. Our Marieke Kromkamp joined the meeting from the Dutch embassy network of Australia in Den Hague as a deputy of WTT Netherlands and WTT Australia. WTT has opened an Australian branche office early 2018. According to current growth pattern, Australia is set to reach a population of about 38 million by 2051. The effects waste has on our planet is increasingly more evident. “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” has never been more important which makes Circular Economy and Waste management also a big pillar for WTT Australia.
